OVERVIEW

Welcome to TCG Trade Events UK Limited. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TCG Trade Events UK Limited. TCG Trade Events UK Limited operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, tickets and event-related services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated booking and shopping experience (the "Services"). TCG Trade Events UK Limited is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online platform through which you purchase your tickets.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced in them (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services to purchase digital tickets ("Tickets") and attend our events ("Events").

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights and cover event cancellations, admission policies, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, or by purchasing a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services or purchase Tickets.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS, ACCOUNT AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence.

Account Information: To purchase Tickets, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing information and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to any other person.

Event-Specific Age Restrictions: Certain Events may have strict age restrictions, including 18+ Events. It is your responsibility to check the specific Event description before purchase. Valid photo identification may be required at the venue. Failure to produce valid identification may result in refused entry without a refund.

SECTION 2 - TICKETS AND EVENT DETAILS

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of our Events, including dates, times, venues and scheduled talent or features. However:

Line-up and Schedule Changes: Event schedules, guest appearances and advertised line-ups are subject to change or variation without notice. We do not guarantee the appearance of any specific special guest, vendor or performer.

Venue Capacity and Configuration: Seating or standing layouts, venue configurations and digital renderings are for illustrative purposes only.

Discretionary Changes: We reserve the right to alter the venue, date or time of an Event, or to limit the quantities of Tickets available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, interruption, relocation or modification of an Event resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, flood, fire, terrorism, public health emergencies, industrial action, utility failures, government restrictions, venue closures or any other force majeure event.

Refund Position: Where an Event is cancelled, postponed or materially modified due to a force majeure event, our obligations shall be limited to the refund rights expressly set out in Section 6, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND RESERVATIONS

When you place an order for a Ticket, you are making an offer to purchase. TCG Trade Events UK Limited reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion.

Order Confirmation: Your order is not finalised until you receive a formal order confirmation email from us. Payment must be processed successfully before your order is accepted.

No Commercial Resale / Anti-Scalping: Tickets purchased through our Services may be transferred privately between individuals. Unauthorised commercial resale, modification, duplication or transfer of Tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. Any Ticket found to be resold or offered for resale via an unauthorised third-party secondary platform, including Viagogo, StubHub or a social media marketplace, may be voided without refund and the holder may be refused entry.

Duplicate Tickets: Each Ticket may only be used once. Where duplicate copies of the same Ticket are presented for admission, entry will be granted to the first Ticket successfully validated by the Event entry system. Any subsequent duplicate Ticket may be refused entry without refund.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, FEES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Fees: The total checkout price will include the face value of the Ticket and any applicable booking fees, processing fees or VAT. The breakdown will be displayed before checkout.

Accuracy of Billing: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honoured by your credit card provider or bank.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY AND VENUE ADMISSION

Because our platform issues digital tickets, physical shipping clauses do not apply.

Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, your Tickets will be delivered digitally by email to the address provided during checkout or made accessible through your Shopify account.

Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for digital delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes or spam or junk filters. If you have not received your digital Ticket within 24 hours of purchase, it is your responsibility to contact us at tickets@tte-uk.com.

Venue Admission: To gain entry to the Event, you must present a valid digital Ticket, either printed or displayed on a mobile device, featuring a legible barcode or QR code. Each Ticket allows entry for one person only.

Queues and Entry Times: Advertised admission and opening times are estimates only. Queuing may be required and we do not guarantee immediate access to an Event at an advertised opening time. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have where the Event is materially delayed or not provided as described.

Searches and Security: As a condition of entry, attendees may be required to comply with reasonable security procedures, including bag inspections and security screening procedures implemented by us or the venue. Failure to comply may result in refusal of admission without refund.

Refusal of Admission: TCG Trade Events UK Limited and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any Ticket holder from the venue without a refund for reasons including:

failure to comply with venue health and safety rules;

inappropriate, abusive or dangerous behaviour;

being under the influence of illegal substances or excessive alcohol;

harassment of attendees, exhibitors, contractors, venue staff, volunteers or Event personnel;

refusal to comply with venue rules, security procedures or reasonable instructions from Event staff; or

breach of these Terms.

Future Event Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse admission to, remove from an Event, cancel Tickets for, or prohibit attendance at future Events by any individual who breaches these Terms, venue rules, applicable laws or expected standards of behaviour at our Events.

Venue Rules: Attendance at Events is also subject to any venue-specific rules, policies and conditions of entry applicable at the Event venue.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All Ticket sales are final. Except as expressly required by applicable consumer law, the following rules apply:

Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Tickets purchased for leisure activities taking place on a specific date are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Event Cancellation: If an Event is cancelled in full by TCG Trade Events UK Limited, you will automatically receive a refund for the face value of the Ticket together with any booking or processing fees paid at the time of purchase.

Event Postponement: If an Event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date or venue, your Ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled Event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must notify us within 30 days of the postponement announcement to request a refund.

Customer Inability to Attend: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits if you are unable to attend the Event due to personal circumstances, travel delays, illness or changes in your availability.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND EVENT RECORDING

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, graphics and logos, are owned by TCG Trade Events UK Limited, our affiliates or our licensors.

Notice of Filming and Photography: By attending a TCG Trade Events UK Limited Event, you acknowledge that photography, filming and recording may take place and that images or recordings in which you appear may be used by TCG Trade Events UK Limited for promotional, marketing, reporting and Event-related purposes without compensation.

SECTION 7A - THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS

TCG Trade Events UK Limited provides a venue and Event platform through which exhibitors, traders, grading companies, service providers and attendees may meet and interact.

Any purchase, sale, trade, exchange, valuation, authentication, appraisal, grading, cleaning, restoration, consignment or other transaction or service carried out between exhibitors, traders, attendees or any third party is solely between those parties.

TCG Trade Events UK Limited is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no responsibility for:

authenticity of goods;

ownership of goods;

condition of goods;

valuations or appraisals;

grading outcomes;

cleaning or restoration work;

service quality;

payment disputes;

delivery or non-delivery of goods or services; or

any loss arising from such transactions.

Authenticity and Goods Disclaimer: TCG Trade Events UK Limited does not inspect, verify, authenticate, certify, guarantee or warrant the authenticity, provenance, legality, ownership, condition, grading status or value of any item offered, displayed, bought, sold, traded, exchanged, graded or valued at an Event. All purchasing and trading decisions are made at the attendee's own risk and discretion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Any dispute relating to a transaction or service must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

SECTION 7B - ATTENDEE PROPERTY

Attendees bring all personal property to Events entirely at their own risk. This includes trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, cash, electronic devices, bags and other personal possessions.

TCG Trade Events UK Limited accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, destruction or misplacement of property except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Attendees are responsible for arranging any insurance they consider appropriate for valuable items brought to an Event.

Lost and Unclaimed Property: Any property left unattended or unclaimed may be transferred to venue management, retained for a reasonable period, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with at our reasonable discretion. Any handling of lost property is subject to applicable law and any venue-specific lost property policy.

SECTION 7C - GRADING, CLEANING AND SPECIALIST SERVICES

Any grading, authentication, cleaning, restoration, appraisal, consignment or similar service provided at an Event is supplied solely by the relevant exhibitor or service provider.

TCG Trade Events UK Limited assumes no responsibility for items submitted to exhibitors or service providers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, grading outcome or dispute arising from such services.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links, such as Event mapping apps, calendar integrations or external venue details, which we do not monitor or control.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Any use of optional third-party links or tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

TCG Trade Events UK Limited is powered by Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell Tickets to you. However, all sales and contracts are made directly between you and TCG Trade Events UK Limited.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the organisation, execution, cancellation, safety or management of any Event, or for any injury, damage or loss resulting from attending our Events. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your attendance at our Events, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.tte-uk.com/policies/privacy-policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal data will be shared with and processed by Shopify to complete your Ticket transaction.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to standard website restrictions, you are prohibited from using our website, ticketing system or Events to:

engage in automated bulk Ticket buying through bots, scripts or scraping tools;

falsify entry documentation or alter Ticket barcodes;

harass, abuse or threaten our staff, Event volunteers or other attendees; or

conduct unauthorised promotional activities, flyering or commercial sales inside our Event venues.

We reserve the right to cancel Ticket orders and ban accounts suspected of violating these prohibitions.

SECTION 12 - AGENTS

This section applies if you use, allow or enable an automated software agent ("Agent") to interact with our Services. Agents must clearly identify themselves in HTTP or HTTPS headers, must not attempt to bypass CAPTCHAs and must not mimic human behaviour to gain an unfair advantage in purchasing limited Tickets. Any Tickets acquired through non-compliant Agents may be cancelled without notice.

SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our ticketing platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all Events are provided "as is" and "as available" without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose or suitability.

SECTION 14 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG Trade Events UK Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, venue partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss or damage.

This includes travel costs, accommodation expenses, loss of enjoyment or other costs incurred in relation to a cancelled, postponed or altered Event, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

TCG Trade Events UK Limited shall not be liable for losses arising from transactions between attendees, exhibitors, traders, grading companies, service providers or any other third parties operating at or attending an Event.

Subject to the foregoing, our total liability to you in connection with a Ticket purchase or attendance at an Event shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Ticket.

Time Limit for Claims: To the extent permitted by law, any court proceedings relating to a Ticket purchase or attendance at an Event must be commenced within 12 months of the relevant Event date. This clause does not affect any statutory right or claim for which the law does not permit a shorter limitation period.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCG Trade Events UK Limited, Shopify and our affiliates, officers and venue partners from losses, damages, liabilities or third-party claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of venue rules or your unlawful conduct at an Event, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase of Tickets and attendance at our Events, superseding prior agreements or communications, including prior platform terms from previous ticketing providers.

SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, your purchase of Tickets and any separate agreements through which we provide Services or host Events shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and TCG Trade Events UK Limited submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve disputes, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

SECTION 18 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Changes will apply from the date they are posted and will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to a Ticket already purchased, unless required by law. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
